i just received an email from ms karen tang the programme manager of SIM. Something like a principle or dean kinda thing la. She informed me that i was choseen for the SIM PEARLS prgramme. Its a personal development programme that is held thru out the whole of the 3 years we are in SIM. Gotta pay $100 every year, by right it was supposed to be $300 p.a but SIM subsidises $200 a year. So nt so bad la.

They gt professionals to coach us and they even monitor our progress. Like give u a progress card or something. So, onli 25 ppl frm the degree programme and 25 ppl frm the diploma programme are selected. And i'm selected. I think its simply bcos i was one of the few who signed up. Its in its pilot run la, so i'm one of the 1st batch of students to do this thing la. And i'm guessing that its due to the $100 that the others arent signing up. Sigh...

I'm hoping to gt something good outta this programme. Kinda scared and worried now, not very sure if i've made the right choice of signing up.

My mum assured me that it wld be a very good thing, so i signed up. Cos mothers know best. And when else can you gt such a programme?
